OMG!! I can't believe I'm getting so much slack for my shoes! LOL. For the record, when the Surgeon General said to increase daily doses of physical actvity, he didn't say anything about wearing sneakers. In fact, the point of his message was about incorporating physical activity anytime during the day (which means you coud be wearing your daily attire).

I'd almost go so far as to argue that if I *were* more appropriately dressed (aka wearing fitness outfit, running shoes, etc) that I'd be defeating the point of exergaming... These games encourage people, who may never identify with the gym/health club culture, to be excited about being physically active. Ever thought about the fact that perhaps I avoided the athletic or personal trainer look on purpose? Maybe I wanted to disassociate this image (that is so commonly identified in the fitness arena) with exergames? Mmm....???

As far as my shoes... they were a very comfortable pair of Clarks, thank you very much!

rrodrigo was to busy LHAO at all the butt shots to focus on the shoes! LOL. However, I did notice those sandals didn't exactly fit with the exercise moves.

Great job...and way to get out there.

I haven't even finished my first cup of coffee and I'm wired! Great piece, Biray. I'm not much for TV or anything that is remotely related (except DVRing episodes of Dora and Little Einsteins). However, I'm going to educate myself on the gaming to pass on to my clients. Thanks for the post. BTW, loved your Fishy food w/ quail eggs yesterday.

Hair looks great, but what's with the shoes? Does rrodrigo like 'em? I enjoyed this. See, you do what you love and hope others get excited about it. I wouldn't be headed over to Walk Tracker now if it weren't for you.

Oh, GAWD...I CAN'T start with any of the meals I had today. Hubby is out of town and I hate cooking for myself. Meals consist of things like, oh, a banana (for breakfast), pasta with Parmesan and butter (lunch) and grilled cheese sandwich for dinner. Better start tomorrow when I have a half chance of eating better.

I knew before I clicked the link that you were talking about those disgusting peas (spelled correctly this time). Ha! That's awesome. Love the Utterlicious idea. Of course I'll participate. Today is my day to jump back on the health & fitness wagon. Ran this morning and did weights tonight, and had a good eats day. I'll go see if I can get a pic of something I've already eaten today so I can have a post for the first day. What fun!
