A secret thing about IDEA: they really take care of their presenters. When you check in, one of the things you receive (besides your registration packet) is a lot of VIP swag (such as party invites, free workouts, Starbucks gift cards and a favorite bag of candy.) Mine, of course, are ROLOS!

I know what you’re thinking: Why would a health/fitness organization give their presenters candy? Well, I think everything in moderation is great! But I’d like to think it is their way of saying “Keep things sweet and ‘ROLO’ with it!”

Presenters: I’d love to know what candy you got!
