IDEA World Fitness Convention

I am always thrilled to be invited to present at IDEA World! Ever since I started attending fitness conventions (almost a decade ago!), I always dreamed of being a presenter. Although this will be my third year as a presenter, I still get excited about sharing ideas and participating in discussions with others in the field.
