		<description>I agree, Sue. As far as prompting services that remind you to exercise, check out Extracon Science&#039; ECFit service (htttp://extracon.com). They are an awesome service. They allow you to schedule your own *FREE* SMS and voicemail prompts that both ask for feedback regarding your workouts, but send reminders on the benefits of exercise, as well.

However, I think MNW is taking a different approach by coupling the prompts with actual exercises. And the exercises are part of a bigger program - when put together over a course of a day, week, etc is designed to help achieve bigger goals.
