My youngest brother is a runner, he got his hip replaced this spring. My younger brother is a golfer. My younger sister is a gym addict, blogger, social networker. And my folks really need to walk more. One person in the office said she was interested, but then nothing happened. A navy buddy called to say he & his roommate just got an expensive treadmill and could I tell him how long to walk on it? He loves surfing the internet... but would not join me at gyminee.
