		<description>I think that the future of group fitness lies in pre-formatted, almost &#039;franchised&#039; classes.  People love quality assurance.  In the same way that people go to chain restaraunts not because they love the food, but because they know what to expect on their plate, people like to attend classes that are predictable.  I that gyms will sign up with companies that provide pre-written classes.</description>
